Joseph E. Maxwell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Maxwell is the founder (1995) and former Chairman and CEO of Investment Scorecard, Inc (sold to Informa Plc. April 2007). He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and serves on the boards of several private companies. Maxwell earned a BA from Denison University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
Brett Suchor, CFA, ASA, President
Suchor is the founder of Qval and former President of Quist Valuation, where he joined in 1998 after four years as a financial analyst at Columbia Financial Advisors, Inc. Suchor holds a BS in Finance from the University of Wyoming and MBA from University of Colorado, Boulder.
Dave LaFontaine, Chief Operating Officer
LaFontaine joins Shareholder InSIte after a stint in Telecom as Vice President of the Customer Resource Group for Cybera, a Nashville based provider of cloud-based application and security services. As a known quantity to Joe Maxwell, LaFontaine was Vice President of Account Management and Training at Investment Scorecard (purchased by Informa Investment Solutions in 2007). LaFontaine is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Ray Montgomery, Chief Financial Officer
Montgomery is the former CFO/COO at Telco Research Corporation (sold to Peregrine Systems) and is a serial entrepreneur who also serves as an adjunct professor at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Montgomery earned a degree from the University of Tennessee Martin and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management.
Thomas D. Miller, CFA, Senior Vice President, Institutional Services
Miller transitions from his role as President of Quist Valuation to take responsibility for the Institutional Services Division of Shareholder InSite, utilizing his deep expertise in security valuations gained from hundreds of valuation engagements for venture, public, privately held companies and IPOs for acquisition.
Prior to joining Quist Valuation in 2000, Miller helped senior positions with Thunderbird International Asset Management and Robert W. Baird & Company. Miller completed his MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management and earned his BS in International Relations and Economics from University of Wisconsin.
Danny J. Caldwell, Vice President of Product Management
Caldwell is responsible for the product design, quality assurance and deployment of Shareholder InSite’s product suite; customer support and implementation. Danny joined the team with nine years of experience at Investment Scorecard, where he was Director of Operations, Research and Systems Analysis. Caldwell earned a BS in Finance from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and an M.S. in Information Systems and Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.
Mark E. Crockett, Chief Technology Officer
Crockett is the former CTO of Investment Scorecard. Prior to his association with Investment Scorecard, he developed healthcare decision support software for Inforum (sold to Thomson Reuters, 1996) and electronic claims processing systems for Medifax (sold to Emdeon, 2003). Crockett earned a BS from Middle Tennessee State University with dual majors in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Charles E. Blankenship, Jr., Chief Information Officer
Blankenship is the former President & COO of Investment Scorecard. Prior to Investment Scorecard, he was co-founder and President of Network Data Corporation, which was acquired by Wal-Mart. Blankenship was also a co-founder of MicroBilt Corporation (a NASDAQ company). He serves on the boards of several private companies. Mr. Blankenship earned a BE from Vanderbilt University.
